TO MAKE A RETURN
1. Email customer@noranageelstudio.com with the following information within 7 days of receiving your order:
Your order number
The product(s) you would like to return
The reason for return
2. Please package your item in the original packaging and return it with our private courier. We will provide you with the details to help assure a smooth and successful return. Kindly note that the customer is responsible for the cost of return.
3. As soon as your return has been received by the brand, your refund will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 2 - 3 business days for processing.
